To celebrate the one year anniversary of the opening of the Nick Virgilio Writers House, on Saturday, May 18th, 2019, we are hosting a Festival for the Arts. This will be a neighborhood-wide celebration of the visual, performing, and literary arts and of our community in the Waterfront South neighborhood.

At the Nick Virgilio Writers House, we will have poetry performances and workshops for children and adults, plus face painting, origami demonstrations, and a poetry wall open to the public. Participating Waterfront South Arts Organizations will conduct scheduled activities, demonstrations, and exhibits throughout the day throughout other sites in the Waterfront South neighborhood.

Calling all Artists: Show your work at the Festival for the Arts
REGISTER no later than Friday, April 19, 2019

Artists of all mediums are invited to show and/or sell their work at the festival. Visual artists in all media, crafters, small presses, self-published authors, and more are all welcome to reserve a table.

Tables will be located in the courtyard and sidewalk at the Nick Virgilio Writers House, located at 1801 Broadway, Camden, NJ 08104. 20 six-foot tables will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
